Transparency Report
My CMS is committed to accountability. This Transparency Report explains how we publish aggregated, anonymised information about content moderation and legal requests at suozziforny.com, while protecting user privacy and platform security. Last updated: 5 July 2026.
1. Purpose
The report describes the framework we use to measure and communicate our Trust & Safety and content-enforcement activity. Figures, where published, are provided for information only and do not represent binding commitments.
2. Reporting categories
We categorise reports and enforcement across areas such as misinformation, spam, phishing, malware, fraud, intellectual-property infringement, child safety, violent or extremist content, and account abuse.
3. What we measure
- Reports received: volume by category and source (users, partners, authorities).
- Investigation outcomes: valid, invalid and pending determinations.
- Content enforcement: content and pages removed, advertising suspended, and accounts actioned.
- Trust & Safety actions: warnings, suspensions, terminations and appeals.
- Response performance: acknowledgement and resolution times.
4. Government and legal requests
We report the number of legal or government requests received, how many we complied with, and how many we rejected or asked to narrow, consistent with applicable law and our commitment to user rights.
5. Privacy safeguards
This report never discloses personal data, credentials, private communications, payment information or the specific methods we use to detect abuse. All figures are aggregated and anonymised.
6. Methodology and frequency
Statistics are compiled from our moderation and support systems and published periodically. Definitions and methodology may evolve as our systems improve; where they do, we note the change.
7. Reporting abuse and contact
