Content Policy

This Content Policy sets the standards for everything published through My CMS at suozziforny.com — user content, AI-generated content, user-built pages and advertising. My CMS is a technology provider, not a publisher: you are solely responsible for the content you create, upload, store, share or distribute. Last updated: 5 July 2026.

1. Your responsibility

You warrant that your content is lawful, accurate and does not infringe the rights of others. We classify and assess content risk using automated systems, review teams and user reports; a failure to detect a violation is not approval of it.

2. Prohibited content

You must not create, upload or distribute content that:

  • is illegal, or facilitates illegal activity;
  • sexually exploits or endangers minors in any way (zero tolerance);
  • is sexually explicit or pornographic, where prohibited by law or by these rules;
  • promotes violence, terrorism, self-harm or dangerous acts;
  • constitutes hate speech, harassment, threats or discrimination;
  • facilitates fraud, scams, phishing or impersonation;
  • distributes malware, or instructions to compromise systems;
  • violates privacy, including doxxing or sharing personal data without consent;
  • infringes intellectual property, or offers counterfeit or pirated goods;
  • is spam or artificially manipulates engagement;
  • concerns regulated goods (weapons, drugs, gambling and similar) without the required authorisation.

3. AI-generated content

You are responsible for AI-generated content the same as any other content. AI outputs may be inaccurate or infringing; verify them before publishing, especially in high-risk areas such as legal, medical or financial topics. AI must not be used for deepfakes, forgery, impersonation or fraud.

4. User sites, commerce and advertising

If you build sites or run commerce or advertising through the Services, you are responsible for their content, products, transactions and legal compliance. Advertising must be truthful and not misleading, you must hold the rights to any materials used, and regulated industries must meet their licensing and disclosure requirements.

5. Enforcement

Where content violates this policy, we may apply warning labels, limit visibility, remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, or disable sites. Serious cases — such as child safety, fraud or malware — may result in immediate action without prior notice, and we may retain related logs for investigations and lawful requests.

6. Reporting and appeals

Anyone may report a violation to [email protected] with the relevant URL, a description and any evidence. You may appeal an enforcement decision by contacting the same address; we review appeals but decisions are at our discretion. Misuse of the reporting mechanism may itself be treated as a violation.

7. Changes

We may update this policy; changes take effect on publication at suozziforny.com, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
